Each user only enters their personal data once for all future correspondence, and can extend this data with that of line managers or colleagues at any time. The Assistant offers a selection of integrated document templates, all of which are always current. When preparing a document, the Assistant confirms or adapts relevant document data such as date, references or originator – users can concentrate on the actual content of the letter. Wherever necessary. the Assistant offers help in text formatting, and applies the specified format templates. The print routine allows users to decide to print on e.g. logo paper or generate a PDF – the logo and any appropriate corporate data are then prepared for output accordingly. The Assistant can do all of this and more in several languages and for any number of business sectors and divisions (even with their own logos), branch offices and departments. Your company decides which users are authorised to use which documents for which trade names and company names.
