With our AI-based brand and design analysis , we present a tool that answers the question "Is good design measurable?" in a new way. With the support of AI, we systematically examine visual brand appearances on two levels: Design quality and brand fit. The service is aimed at companies that want to specifically review, further develop or strategically realign their brand presence.
The analysis model is based on a standardized evaluation system with over 40 criteria - so-called key performance indicators (KPIs). Individual touchpoints of a company, such as packaging, websites or print media, are evaluated. The AI-supported evaluation takes place on two evaluation levels:
The aim is to show companies on the basis of data whether their corporate design not only works formally, but also has a brand-appropriate effect - in other words, whether the visual language actually conveys the strategically defined brand identity.
The results of the analysis are provided in the form of a structured tabular evaluation with explanatory comments. The focus here is on critical classification: the identified strengths and weaknesses in design and brand fit lead to concrete, actionable recommendations for action - both in terms of design aspects and strategic brand management.
"Many visual appearances look convincing at first glance," says Dirk Huesmann, CEO of wirDesign communication AG. "But whether they really make the brand values visible often remains unanswered. Our analysis provides a sound basis for decision-making here - beyond taste and gut feeling."
The analysis is not only suitable for companies that are about to rebrand or want to systematically scrutinize their corporate design. Rather, the design analysis is designed as an intelligent tool that continuously reviews the brand lifecycle. And it does so in a simple and clear way. It can also be integrated into ongoing brand development processes - for example, as a quality check or for preliminary testing of individual design elements.
The combination of technical evaluation and strategic interpretation makes the service unique: while the AI provides an objective data basis, the classification always takes place in the context of the individual brand strategy - an interplay that takes equal account of design quality and brand-strategic impact.
